Property and Agent information is managed via the N-Play Offer Management console.  This web-based client console is the control and communication hub for all offer activity.  Secure access control provides five permission levels based on administrator preferences.  Bulk property and broker data can be uploaded automatically via integrated data feeds or via manual file import. 

Shared access to resources permits personnel to manage all aspects of the offer transaction concurrently and in sync with the listing agent or broker.  Custom report management provides both real time status and historical reporting on all offer activity, page views, agent performance and communications trail.
