N-Play RE LLC is software as a service company providing innovative offer management services based on its pioneering patent-pending solution known as N-Play.  The Company is the first to provide a distributed client web service that facilities real time offer negotiations between a buyer and seller of real estate.

We focus on database and data processing offer management applications that solve these problems and improve the performance of networked applications for real estate professionals and their customers.

We are headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida.  N-Play REO is a wholly owned and operated subsidiary of N-Play RE LLC.

History

N-Play RE LLC was founded in 2007 by a number of people from the technology and real estate industry. The aim of the company was to solve a real problem in the real estate market through technology. The Company’s first service offering known as N-Play for real estate professionals provides an online offer management service permitting buyers to submit comprehensive offers online on real estate listings directly from the agent’s listing website.  We are the leader in this field.  In 2008, the Company developed a REO version of the offer management platform for Banks, Lenders, and Asset Management Companies.

Team

The team is a perfect synergy between technical and business minded people. Our business team consists of individuals who have a long and successful history of building businesses based on pioneering technologies and services. Our technical team contains experienced and highly skilled database experts and application developers. They have been responsible for the mission critical IT systems of large banks and corporations (Fortune 500 companies). The management team comes from diverse backgrounds, including IT, finance and with a particularly strong base in real estate.
